We have created this light refreshing herbal based gin, ideal for the summer months.
This blend has distinctive notes of fennel, lemon, and thyme as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries to create an interesting blend with a twist, whilst still maintaining the ability to be drunk as a long, early summer cooler.
Tasting Notes
Fennel runs throughout the gin, whilst the juniper provides a strong persistent backdrop with refreshing citrus and thyme undertones.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a classic G&T, or why not try it with a summer twist? And serve with Sicilian lemonade instead of tonic water and garnish with lemon.
