Gin No.11 – where hops meet juniper.
The creation of Gin No.11 within our collection of ‘The United Juniper Colours’ is inspired by the harvesting of one of Britain’s renowned, autumnal produce, hops in September.
Using traditional British hops, also known as “Fuggles”, we have created a rich tasting London Dry gin with a spicy finish.
The hoppy taste is followed by coriander seeds, Maris otter malt, and many other botanicals centred around juniper berries. Reminiscent of traditional British beers, this gin will be a true treasure for any beer connoisseur to try – it’s a tipple like no other!
Tasting Notes –
This London Dry Gin is complex. Tantalising the taste buds, it keeps one questioning the senses. It commences with a nose full of hops, blackcurrant spicy notes at the front followed by slight tones of maris otter malt at the base.
Serving Suggestions
For serving this unusual gin, we would suggest pairing it with a Seagram’s tonic water and garnish with fresh ginger and lemon zest to draw out the hops further, to create a classic G&T.
