Easter is the perfect time to indulge in chocolate, sip gin and send wishes of good health to those near and far. Our seasonal tin, adorned with a proud cockerel and hatching brood, makes a charming gift for any gin lover celebrating the season. 

Inspired by the flavours of traditional Easter simnel cake, each tin houses our London Dry Gin NO.9 with distinctive notes of fresh apricot, elderflower and orris root, layered atop classic juniper to create a refreshingly light, fruity and floral spirit.

TASTING NOTES:

Earthy base notes greet the nose, with apricot rising to the top. On the palate, juniper leads, supported by a delicate elderflower body, finishing with fresh apricot for a crisp and uplifting springtime experience.
SERVING SUGGESTION:

As a classic G&T with ‘full fat’ Indian Tonic Water and garnish with orange peel to draw out the apricot further.

As a Apricot Gin Fizz Cocktail

For a light and refreshing serve, pour 50ml of gin from our Have A Cracking Easter Gin Tin into a shaker with 60ml of apricot nectar or fresh apricot juice and 20ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, along with a handful of ice. Shake well to chill, then strain into a highball or Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a fresh apricot slice or a lemon wedge.

This fragrant, fruity serve captures the spirit of Easter, perfect for sipping with friends or enjoying a moment of springtime indulgence.
