Christmas Orders
Last Orders, Dates and Delivery Services

16TH December 2020 – last orders with a 2NDClass Royal Mail Service available
18TH December 2020 – last orders with a 1STClass Royal Mail Service available
21ST December 2020 –  is the last day we shall be accepting orders for Christmas and the only
delivery service available is, next day by courier to Mainland UK Only
22ND December – 3RD  January 2021 – Orders will be processed week commencing the 4TH January 2021

PLEASE NOTE:

Royal Mail dates are subject to Covid-19 limitations and working practices. Due to this we cannot give a 100% guarantee on their delivery service.

Courier despatches (DPD)
It’s always best that you (the customer) provide a mobile number and email address with your order. This way you can receive a text message/email informing you of the arrival date, but also allows you to change the day/time to suit your needs or the option of asking to pick it up from a drop off shop.

DESPATCH TIMES

Orders with payment in full: Once cleared funds have been received, despatch will happen within 2working days* of the order being placed.

Orders with Direct Debit payment: It takes three to four working days* for a direct debit mandate to be set up. Once we have received clearance that everything is in place, orders will be despatched immediately.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

UK Mainland Delivery:

We currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom on our website. Postage is calculated according to weight, size and quantity of items inside the parcel.

Our standard practice is that all items are posted second-class using Royal Mail.

Please note standard second-class UK postage to the Mainland by Royal Mail is delivered within 1-2 working days* from date of posting, not date of order.

Please also be aware, as we are all facing the Covid 19 pandemic across the globe, deliveries can be delayed.

We do however offer the following options which can be selected at checkout.

First Class – Royal Mail / DPD
Second Class – Royal Mail
Fast Tracked– Special Delivery

Special Delivery Service – Orders MUST be placed before 10AM Monday to Thursday for us to process your order and get it to the post in time for next day delivery. We do not offer this service on a Friday, hence deliveries on a Saturday.

International Delivery Options

We are pleased to be able to offer delivery to most countries. Please contact us to check if we can deliver to your desired location for an accurate quote ahead of placing your order.

Alternatively you can place your order online, and delivery will be charged at the standard rate for the United Kingdom. Our team will then obtain an accurate charge and get in touch with you to take additional payment if the amount is higher.

The charges for sending an order overseas is dependent on both the size and weight of the parcel.

All delivery charges are subject to change and our team will contact you before despatching should this be the case. All delivery charges are in GBP.

Deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of you, the customer.

We are unable to provide estimates of these charges.

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS

All delivery charges are subject to change depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Our team will contact you before despatching your parcel should your order incur further delivery charges.

Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure that the delivery address is correct, including the postcode, and that you have given any further instructions and a safe location to leave the parcel, if required. After placing your order please check the details on your order confirmation and contact our team as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.

Please note that once left at the designated safe location, we cannot be held responsible for your parcel.

Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, vehicle breakdown, incorrect delivery information being provided, major road works or road closures, force majeure, or delay due to a pandemic.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

If you contact us to say that you have not received your order, we will investigate the issue with our designated courier and will get back to you within 2 working days*.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Although every effort is taken to ensure our parcels are well packed when they leave us, accidents do occasionally happen. If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us within 2 working days* and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we may ask you to provide photos of your damaged items.
