Orders with payment in full: Once clear funds have been received, dispatch will happen within 2 working days* of the order being placed.
Orders with Direct Debit payment: It takes three to four working days* for a direct debit mandate to be set up. Once we have received clearance that everything is in place, orders will be dispatched immediately.
UK Main land Delivery:
We currently only offer shipping to UK Main land on our website. Postage is calculated according to weight, size and quantity of items inside the parcel.
Our standard practice is that all items are posted second-class using Royal Mail.

International Delivery Options
We are pleased to be able to offer delivery to most countries. Please contact us to check if we can deliver to your desired location.

Alternatively you can place your order online, and delivery will be charged at the standard rate for your country. Our team will then obtain an accurate charge and get in touch with you to take additional payment if the amount is higher.
The charge for sending an order overseas is dependent on both the size and weight of the parcel. All delivery charges are subject to change and our team will contact you before dispatching should this be the case. All delivery charges are in GBP.
Deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of you the customer. We are unable to provide estimates of these charges.
GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
All delivery charges are subject to change depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Our team will contact you before dispatching your parcel should your order incur further delivery charges.
Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure that the delivery address is correct, including the postcode, and that you have given any further instructions and a safe location to leave the parcel, if required. After placing your order please check the details on you order confirmation and contact our team as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
Please note that once left at the designated safe location, we cannot be held responsible for your parcel.
Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, incorrect delivery information being provided, major road works or road closures and force majeure.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If you contact us to say that you have not received your order we will investigate the issue with our designated courier and will get back to you within 2 working days*.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Although every effort is taken to ensure our parcels are well packed when they leave us, accidents do occasionally happen. If you receive a damaged or broken item then please contact us within 3 working days* and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we may ask you to provide photos of your damaged items.
