Our website provides an interactive environment on the internet to enable users from around the world to find, use and share information. We recognise and support the need to protect the privacy rights of our users through disclosure of our practices for collection and use of user information.

In general, you can visit this site on the Web at any time without telling us who you are, or revealing any information about yourself.

We log the IP address, type of operating system and browser software used by each visitor to our site. From this information we can derive the identity of the visitor’s geographic location and Internet Service Provider. We use this data in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful facilities by analysing the collective characteristics of our users and measuring usage of each area of our site.

We ask for your name, telephone number, address, email address and payment details when making a purchase, entering a competition, prize draws or newsletter sign ups.

Your data enables us to fulfil your order and to notify you about important functional changes.

We will never provide information about you or recipients to third parties;  unless it is necessary to complete your transaction. Such as when placing an order on our website, payments are processed by using payment gateways GoCardless and Stripe.We ask that you read their privacy policies to ensure you are happy with how they handle your personal data before placing any orders with us. If you are not, then please notify us in writing and wait for a response from us before placing any orders.

In all cases where we ask you for personal information we will: Notify you that such information is being collected, and; Identify which information items are required and which are optional, and; offer you the opportunity to opt out of receiving further information from us.

You can update and view any personal data that we hold on file about you, through logging in to your account by pressing the MY ACCOUNT tab in the main menu. We are required to keep a full record of sales at all times for tax audits. We therefore keep all personal data relating to orders indefinitely. This is not in breach of your “right to erasure,” under GDPR laws. Email addresses provided at checkout are automatically added to our mailing lists. However if you wish for your personal details to be removed from our mailing lists, which are created using Mailchimp (please refer to their privacy policy too) then it is your (the customer/client) responsibility to let us know in writing, by emailing us through our contact us form. We will then deal with your request accordingly. Alternatively you can simply press the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each of our newsletters.
