We are required to keep a full record of sales at all times for tax audits. We therefore keep all personal data relating to orders indefinitely. This is not in breach of your “right to erasure,” under GDPR laws. Email addresses provided at checkout are automatically added to our mailing lists. However if you wish for your personal details to be removed from our mailing lists, which are created using Mailchimp (please refer to their privacy policy too) then it is your (the customer/client) responsibility to let us know in writing, by emailing us through our contact us form. We will then deal with your request accordingly. Alternatively you can simply press the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each of our newsletters.
